Shop Terms & Conditions These terms apply to all purchases made from My Craft Orchard.

Processing Times

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days. Custom or seasonal items may have longer processing times, which will be clearly stated on the product page.

Postage

All orders are sent via Royal Mail.

Estimated delivery times:

• UK: 1–5 working days

• International: 1–6 weeks (varies by country)

Delays caused by Royal Mail, customs, or weather are outside my control.

Customs & Import Fees

International buyers are responsible for any customs charges, taxes, or import fees.

Lost or Delayed Mail

An order is considered lost after:

• 10 working days (UK)

• 6 weeks (International)

Once this timeframe has passed, I will replace or refund your order.

Product Information

Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. Hand‑drawn artwork may include small variations that are part of the handmade process.
