• Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days.

Postage

• All orders are sent via Royal Mail.

• Delivery estimates:

  • UK: 1–5 working days

  • International: 1–6 weeks

• Delays caused by Royal Mail or customs are outside my control.

Lost Mail

• UK orders are considered lost after 10 working days.

• International orders after 6 weeks.

• I will replace or refund once this timeframe has passed.
